An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tax Assistant with 2 years’ experience to join a well-established accountancy firm. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000.
As a Tax Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a personal tax portfolio, dealing with compliance matters for a range of clients, including sub-contractors, directors, and high-net-worth individuals.
They will also provide ATT support package.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Tax Technician, Tax Assistant, Tax Associate, Tax Accountant or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years’ experience in personal tax, gained in the tax department of accountancy practice.
- 5 GCSEs at grades A to C, including grade B in Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to prepare personal tax returns using commercial software.
