Registered Home Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Ofsted Registered Manager (Supported Accommodation)with 5 years’ experience working with children/young people including 2 years in residential care home to join a reputable organisation supporting young people. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000.

As the OfstedRegistered Manager, you will be leading and managing a supported accommodation setting to ensure exceptional outcomes for young people and overseeing daily operations of 4 homes.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with external agencies to deliver comprehensive support.
• Ensure Ofsted compliance and timely submission of reports for an Outstanding rating.
• Preparing and submitting accurate reports to meet local authority requirements.
• Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing staff team.
• Managing administrative tasks, including financial procedures and staff rotas.
• Participating in reviews, assessments, and case conferences.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Registered Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, Registered Manager, Care Manager, Homecare Manager or in a similar role.
• At least 5 years’ experience working with children/young people including 2 years in residential care home.
• QCF level 5 or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of child protection procedures, Children’s Act 1989, The Leaving Care Act 2000, and The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
• Strong communication skills.
