Registered Care Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Care Manager with 3 years’ experience to join a reputable therapeutic residential care provider. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary Up to £65,000.

As the Registered Care Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring a safe and nurturing home environment for children.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role.
• At least 3 years’ experience in residential childcare.
• Strong knowledge of the Children’s Home Regulations (England) 2015 and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• “Good” or “Outstanding” ratings in Ofsted inspections.
• Enhanced DBS check.
