As a Personal Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive, you will be managing a caseload of industrial disease and personal injury matters, ensuring clients receive expert legal guidance and representation.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Handling a caseload of industrial disease and personal injury claims.
• Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Managing cases efficiently using a case management system.
• Navigating legal portals and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
• Delivering high-quality service with a focus on client care.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previously worked as a Personal Injury Solicitor, Solicitor, Personal Injury Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
• Proven experience handling industrial disease and personal injury cases.
• Qualified as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Proficiency in using case management systems and legal portals.
• A proactive approach to client service and legal strategy.
