Lettings Negotiator

An opportunity has arisen for Lettings Negotiator with2 years of experience to join a well-established estate agency. This role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 including commission and car allowance.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will facilitate the letting of properties, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Estate Agent, Lettings Consultant, Lettings Manager or in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:30pm
• Saturday (rota): 9:00am - 5:00pm
