Lettings Negotiator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a basic salary of £18,000 and OTE 45,000.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will provide excellent customer service, build and nurture client relationships.

You will be responsible for:

• Stage and showcase properties.
• Efficiently manage your schedule.
• Contribute to team success.
• Set and achieve weekly/monthly goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate within a team.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Lettings Assistant, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
• Ideally have experience in an estate agency.
• Commitment, goal-oriented mindset.
