Grounds Maintenance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Manager with grounds maintenance experience to join a well-established organisation dedicated to delivering clean, safe, and well-maintained environments for its clients. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a starting salary of £35,000.

As a Grounds Maintenance Manager, you will lead and oversee the grounds team, ensuring the efficient and seamless delivery of grounds maintenance services.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership and support to a small group of grounds operatives.
• Assisting on-site with general grounds maintenance tasks.
• Using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery to complete maintenance duties.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Grounds Manager, Landscape manager, Grounds Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in grounds maintenance.
• Management experience in a similar role.
• Possess 5 years of driving experience.
• Must have full UK driving licence (max 3 points).
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
