An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist with 5 - 8 years PQE in commercial, retail, or residential sectors to join a well-established architectural firm, offering excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

As a Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This full-time role offers competitive salary.

They are looking for 2 Architectural Technologiss.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as an Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist, Architect or in a similar role.
• Possess 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in commercial, retail, or residential sectors within the UK.
• Ideally, have experience in managing projects through RIBA Stages 4 to 6.
• Must have AutoCAD experience, Revit would be preferred.
• Post Graduate HNC or equivalent architectural qualification.
• Relevant technical qualification, with a keen interest in progressing within the technical aspects of the role.
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations and experience working with building inspectors to secure approvals.
• Understanding of planning conditions and the process of discharging them would be beneficial
• Valid UK driving license.
• Right to work in the UK.
