Architectural Technologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technologist with 3 - 4 years’ experience to join a well-established architectural practice. This is a full-time, office-based role offering excellent benefits and a salary range of £26,000 - £35,000 (DOE).

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be involved in producing technical drawings and documentation for residential projects while ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist, Architect, Architectural Technician within the residential sector.
• Possess 3 - 4 years’ experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• AutoCAD skills and Revit knowledge would be preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
